Ooh My heads gone funny!

HI all, think we are in the middle of a thunder storm over here in not so sunny Barnsley! my heads gone funny. Thunder storms always affect my head,well when we are due a thunder storm,not when the actually storm is here. I can here rumblings of thunder overhead and the skies gone very dark

I too love a good storm. When we lived closer to the lake we would pile in the car and go sit down at the shore to watch the lightning. Last summer we had a massive storm through the night and all the power had gone out. The thunder was so loud it was setting off all the car alarms in the neighbourhood. I loved it although it was eerie

I bet that was great to see the lightning storm over a lake.Especially in Canada you have them more over there than here in the UK

We have more lightning storms here than in England?? This I did not know. Interesting. I knew we get more snow but I assumed since it quite often rains in the UK that the same would go with the lightning. Learn something new everyday I guess!!

it all depends where you live in the uk i suppose, i'm down south now, must be 200 miles + from yorkshire and our weather has been lovely today, no storms.

I know what you mean though, storms effect my head too, looks like we are going to have a great summer this year, he says hopefully, will make a change from the rubbish one we have had the last few years. i dont know about global warming, it seems to be getting colder these days

That storm yes, we had that too today.... talk about raining hard. It hought we were going to get flooded out. flash flood thing, and ive not heard thunder like that in a long time

I love a good thunder storm,wasnt that good though the other day,seem to have loads a few years ago.That was just a piddly one the other day! lol
